May 20, 2024, London – Brave group Europe Limited is proud to announce their official partnership with the German anime convention DoKomi via their VTuber branch globie in order to promote anime subculture in Europe.
Background
Following the auditions held in June, they launched their first generation of VTubers via their multilingual VTuber project globie in December of the same year, with 7 VTubers at first, that were followed by 8 more in April 2024.
DoKomi is the largest German anime convention held every year in Düsseldorf since 2009. With a broad focus on diverse aspects of Japanese popular culture, encompassing anime, manga, cosplay or video games, it attracts around 155,000 visitors with each edition.
This year, DoKomi and globie will be working hand in hand in order to bring new contents to the event and celebrate the anime and VTuber subcultures in Europe.

Charity Fundraising Campaign
globie and DoKomi will be jointly hosting a charity fundraising campaign featuring various exclusive events in order to support charity initiatives that work towards the conservation of natural resources, preservation of biodiversity and the protection of the global environment.
